The barrel will be round, 26" with the stock plain walnut with a modified pistol grip (see picture below), and the butt-plate will be shotgun-style (metal early and black hardened plastic later with a Winchester logo).After looking in two references, I could find no serial number-year made tables for Winchester Model 1300s. All I found was that the serial numbers for the Model 1300 did start out with the alpha characters LX but that the serial numbers are all higher that 0876.
