If a 30 series with 6" Driven pulley, it will have a 10% overdrive. If you gear the kart 6:1 with a TC, in overdrive it will be 5.4 :1. 5000 RPM. 5.4 :1 Gear Ratio.Just do the stage 2 kit. It ensures that your bike won't have any weak points, and you won't have a catastrophic failure with your engine. The governor does that it keeps the RPM below 3600. If you do just that you will be able to go to 5k with no mods then valves will float and the rod will be the next weak point.
