MHRM states as long as they had enough ppto to cover the double occurrence the associate could use their ppto. That could be wrong but I’m just going off that statement that I heard. You can't even put in double pto/ppto, the max you can put in is 12 hours, so if someone is telling you otherwise it's not true. You only need to cover the number of hours you were supposed to work.
