HeadRush just 'bought' the Eleven Rack technology as far as i know. The Helix LT is cheaper than the HeadRush. When it comes to tones they are both not groundbreaking but usable. Somewhere in the area between a Pod HD and the Kemper. Ah, did not know about the business aspect of Avid, etc.Basically, Headrush needs something comparable to the HX Stomp in size and capability. The closest they come is probably the Gigboard, which is still too big in my opinion. The beauty of the HX Stomp is that the length isn't that much bigger than most pedals.
