On a pyro build i would recommend it in offhand, because some pyromancies combo with estoc light attack. Leo ring's not worth it though. It only increases physical damage, and you're probably infusing it with dark or chaos. I think honestly that the estoc is better, however you can parry with the rapier in the offhand.Nothing special about it, it simply makes the estoc a little darker.
