For dex (and the more common pvp weapons) I'd say ice rapier (already mentioned), chaos blade, uchigatana/washing pole, longsword (more quality but whatever), Ricards rapier, flexile sentry curved sword (warped sword if I remember correctly), dual wield shotel & estoc for turtles.Balder Side Sword is pretty much the king of longswords.
