In the past few weeks, I couldn't make outgoing calls anymore, then I enabled the 10 digits on my setting, still not working. I tested with dialing either 10 digits or 11 digits to make a phone call, none of them work. So i googled and found out to dial *98 then 11 digits, it worked. So now every time if I need to make a phone call, I have to ...Several calls lately have been received but none of my phones are ringing. I only know this because the callers have left a message on Ooma voicemail. My phones are both hardwired (Panasonic) and HD2 phones. DND is not on. This has caused me to miss several important calls. This is not acceptable. These were calls from a local company and ...Pull out the power plug from the ooma hub. Wait a few minutes. Hold down the blue/red ooma tab. (yep, it's a switch) While holding down the ooma tab, plug the power in. Keep holding the ooma tab down while ooma does a light show. After 30 seconds, release the tab. This resets the hub to factory default. Wayne.

It seems like with an Ooma firmware or server upgrade, Ooma has interduced this One Way calling and talking problems. Several people are having this problem. I have two vtech wireless handheld phones connected to the ooma hub and a regular phone connected to the scout. When I pick up the phone the red one lights up on the hub.
